Personal project, proprietary software edition:
A series of posed low-poly beach- or sea-themed characters (there are several, scroll down to see more).
They all share the same 256*256 texture file (all of the beach people do, including part 2 and part 3 when they get published).
Turns out I learn way better while working on a project, and modelling is not this different between Blender and Maya (not this similar either, though).
